Learn to Run Training

Next Saturday, November 18th, our Learn to Run training will start. If you are interested in running or are coming back from an injury this will be a good way to start and be injury free. The training will help you stay active over the winter. The goal race will be determined by the participants. 

Meet at; 74 Quarry Edge Drive, Brampton, Ontario L6V 4K2 in front of the Second Cup.

Time: 8:00 am

Not a member? You can try a few runs with us prior to joining the club.
