Thank you to all the Benders who participated in the Run 4 the Cure, lots of fun, all pinked up! Twenty six Benders, I think, ran/walked. Lots of great pictures on Facebook and we even are mentioned in an article in the Brampton Guardian. Stay tuned for a separate post on the event. Way to go Alain, the fastest Runner overall!! Busy Race Weekend – WSER100, IRONMAN and BAA10

It was a busy race weekend with Benders racing all over the North America. California, Boston, Quebec and Toronto. This weekend saw Steve along with Carol and Randall out in sunshine filled California. Lake Tahoe specifically where The Western States Endurance Run was taking place. The Western States Endurance Run is the granddaddy of the all ultra-marathon races. First 100 Miler in North America. Find more info here . One More Week

      Its our last week before the spring races in Mississauga and Toronto! Welcome to tapering.   Congratulations on surviving, a long tough winter and spring. And we’ve lost several from our group due to various injuries. Another big race weekend

So happy that racing season is upon us. ?We have a pretty big race weekend here in the GTA with the Toronto Goodlife Marathon and the Mississauga Marathon both happening Sunday May 4th. ?With that another large group of Benders will be participating in races this weekend.
