Learn to Run

Did you lose your motivation to run during the pandemic? Or do you want to get started running?
The Brampton Benders will be holding a Learn to Run session starting on June 5 at 8:30 am.
Join Denis as he slowly work towards getting you up to 5K. Training will be done using 10 & 1s (run-walk) to help build up your endurance. Runs will be out and back.
Location the old Running Room location – 1 Steeles Ave E, Brampton, ON L6W.
