New and Experienced Runners

Are you looking to start running, improve your pace or run further? Joining a running club can help. Runners are an enthusiastic bunch and can motivate you to show up and train no matter the weather. 

New runners are welcome and encouraged to join our club. We have an on-going Learn To Run program so you can start at anytime. Members are provided the workout via our WhatsApp for that day so if you aren’t able to attend in person you can still get it done on your own at home. The plan is also posted on our website. We encourage new runners to sign-up for a goal race to keep you motivated and moving toward your goal. Start now and you will be in good shape to run The Don Doan Dash in September. You will also be provided on information clothing, running shoes, and other topics that new runners should learn. 

Experienced runners are also welcome as we have a number of members who run half and full marathons. If you are looking for company on those long runs, we likely have someone running your distance. 

Our weekday runs are up to 8 kms and are weekend runs are usually 10 kms or more depending on the training cycle for intermediate to experienced runners. New runners will do 3 to 5 kms depending on their training cycle.
