Training for spring races; Chilly Half Marathon and Around the Bay starts on November 5th. Our training plan will accommodate the following goal times for the half marathon; 1:50, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45 and 3:00 hours.
Currently our 5 km group is ramping up their distance until the end of the month in order to start half training. Interested? Come out and give us a try.
It’s the 130th anniversary for Around the Bay and registration opens October 12th. Registration for Chilly is already open and we have a discount code for our members. If you plan on entering either or these races, register early so as not to be disappointed.
