Training for spring races; Chilly Half Marathon and Around the Bay starts on November 5th. Our training plan will accommodate the following goal times for the half marathon; 1:50, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45 and 3:00 hours.   Currently our 5 km group is ramping up their distance until the end of the month in order to start half training. Golf this Sunday – September 24th – 4:00 pm tee off time.
