One More Week
Its our last week before the spring races in Mississauga and Toronto! Welcome to tapering. Congratulations on surviving, a long tough winter and spring. And we’ve lost several from our group due to various injuries. We’ll miss you. We are also planning a post race get-together for all runners (Mississauga and Toronto).
