- Wednesday – 6:30 pm at the Bramalea City Center Running Room for hills, 8 for full 6 for half
- Thursday – 6:45 pm at Chris Gibson for 8k
- Sunday’s LSD – 8:30 am at Credit Meadow Park (between 401 and Britannia Rd) for the Credit River run out and back various distances. 14k for half, 29k for full.
