Congrat’s to those who ran on Sat – Canada day and participated in either a local or virtual Canada Day Races.
Sunday 15 tough Benders survived a relative “Hilly” route in Inglewood. Thank goodness it was only 11km.
This weekend coming up – Sunday the 9th, is our Annual Bender General Meeting, Run, Pool Party and BBQ at Paul’s place

- Tuesday – Tims at Shoppers World for 6 km at 6:45
- Wednesday – 10 from the Bramalea RR at 6:30
- Thursday – Chris Gibson – 6:45 – 6 or 8k.
- Sunday – 8:30 run followed by the AGM from Paul’s house (Glebe Cres.- just east of Ching Park)
