Western States Endurance Run – One Week Later

Races and a new Bender

We would like to welcome Amanda to the Benders. She ran with us a few times early this year in the Marathon Clinic, but due to a busy work schedule she had a hard time coming out on a regular basis. She has finally seen the light and joined our running club. Her goal is to run a good Boston race next year. This weekend, good luck to Steve, who’s doing a 100 miler in Michigan. Niagara Ultra

This Saturday is the 22nd annual Niagara Ultra Races featuring 100K, 50K, marathon and half marathon distances. ?This is a popular race as the 50K is sold out. ?Of course a bunch of Benders will be heading to Niagara on the Lake to participate and we want to wish them all a fantastic race. Samantha, Ivar, Carlo, Brian, Michelle, Jim, Firmo, Teresa, Elaine, Mike B, Michelle, Sabrina, Maria S., Mario, Karyn, Shana, Tony and Tanisha.
